   WELCOME!        Based in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada, our Store showcases a variety of Gifts and Souvenirs designed and handcrafted by CANADIAN PRAIRIE ARTISTS. 

We would love it if you displayed a piece of our creative artwork in your home, or proudly purchased it as a gift for that special someone. And if you are a tourist, we thank you for choosing our souvenirs of the Canadian Prairies.

We are pleased to offer jewelry (the Ammolite gem is found only in Southern Alberta), watercolors, silks, airbrushed canvas, oil and acrylic paintings, paintings on woodwork, music CD's - gospel, country and accordian, needlework (even using fibre from Llamas), country cookbooks, easy reading books, belt buckles, photography, scrapbooking frames and cards, home decor ...... and more!  These gifts reflect our western, urban, rural and cowboy lifestyles, as well as scenics of farms, wildlife, prairie landscapes and historic badlands.

If you don't see something in particular, or if you are a Prairie Artist of any medium and wish to add YOUR product onto our site, please send us an email to RHS@prairieartistry.com.

For LOCAL delivery where you do not want to pay the shipping fee through PayPal, you may place an order by sending us a direct email to RHS@prairieartistry.com.  When doing this, make sure you state all the necessary details of your order, as well as your phone number and/or cell phone number, along with desired date & time frame of delivery.  This way, instead of paying shipping costs, there may be a $5 - $6 delivery charge.  For LOCAL deliveries, payment must be CASH at time of delivery and a receipt will be given.  PLEASE NOTE:  If you still wish to order through the secure PayPal with your credit card, yet wish to have local delivery, any shipping cost charged to you (over and above $6) through PayPal will be reimbursed at the time of delivery.  You must advise us of Local Delivery either via email or by phoning 403-548-8723.  Thank you!

Glenwood Municipal Library

Thanks to the dedication of many volunteers and board members over the years, this small community Library has grown. 

However, funding is scarce and it is crucial to our rural families to have a healthy, updated resource for the literary education of our children.

Your Donation of any amount will provide the Library with a positive future..... Thank You!

As a fundraiser, the Library also has rural cookbooks for sale on this website, listed under Books, Cooking.  The recipes have been passed down through the generations of farm families and they are definitely down-home country cooking!

Rhyme & Reason Writers Club

Medicine Hat Rhyme & Reason Writers Club was founded in 1982 and is open to any aspiring writer over the age of 16.   Currently the writers range in age from 16 to 91. Whatever our course in life, it is very clear there is a need to share the passion for the pen. 

Cash Donations are required to keep the Club afloat and your contribution is greatly appreciated.  With your donation, the Club can continue to celebrate and encourage individuals with creative literary paths.
